MM2H Completion & Post-Approval Services
What happens after your MM2H visa is endorsed on your passport β including the compulsory property registration deadline, and the full checklist for every post-approval service you may need afterward, from visa renewal to Fixed Deposit withdrawal.
Once your MM2H visa endorsement is affixed to your passport, check every detail carefully β especially the expiry date. We return your passport the same day or by the following morning, together with your original MM2H Approval Letter, Bank Fixed Deposit Certificate, and any other supporting documents.
Important β your MM2H process isn't complete until property registration is done
- You are required to complete property registration with the relevant government authority (MOTAC) within one (1) year from the date of visa endorsement.
- If you've already purchased a property, you'll need two (2) Certified True Copies of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) β your lawyer can prepare these, or you may engage our partner legal team to assist.
- Only once both your visa endorsement and property registration with MOTAC are complete is your MM2H application process fully finished.
After that, you may still need occasional paid post-approval services β from renewing your pass every 5 years to adding a dependent or a foreign domestic helper. Every service below has its own document checklist and official processing time, organised by category so you can find exactly what you need.
