Applying the Malaysia My Second Home Program (MM2H) can only be done through registered agency.
Many persons claimed to be registered agent but most of them may be just affiliate or broker. You could il-advise regarding MM2H and its procedures. You may protect your basic right by taking these 4 precautionary steps to avoid into any possible disputes :

You must sign an official agreement to appoint them as your MM2H agent. Read through and understand all terms and conditions in the agreement.
Get an official itemised quotation and E-Invoice before making any payment. Understand what is included in the service.
