Post-Visa Endorsement Procedures

Once your visa has been endorsed (affixed) to your passport, please check all details carefully, especially the expiry date printed on the visa.

We will return your passport on the same day or by the following morning, together with the following documents:

• Original MM2H Approval Letter

• Bank Fixed Deposit Certificate

• Other supporting documents (if applicable)

Important Reminder

Please note that the process is not yet fully completed until your property has been registered with the relevant government authority.

You are required to complete the property registration within one (1) year from the date of visa endorsement.

Please take NOTE !

• If you have already purchased a property, please provide two (2) Certified True Copies of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA). You may request your lawyer to prepare these certified copies.

• For your convenience, you may also engage your partner’s legal team to assist with your property purchase and registration process.
