We will show you in general what document to prepare.
1.Police Certificate / Letter of Good Conduct - For all Principal applicant and Dependents aged 18 years old or above.
Please prepare a copy of Police Certificate / Letter of Good Conduct LOCG.
For English version or bi-language version with English is written in the Police Certificate / LOGC, you may use it as it is.
For non-English version, notarisation is needed and endorsed by the Malaysian High Commission abroad or Malaysian Embassy at your country of origin or country of residence. If in doubt, contact us !

2. Evidence of family relationship document.
You must relate all the dependents as your family members by either :
2.1 Birth Certificate / Household Certificate ( for certain countries )
2.2 Marriage Certificate
2.3 Adoption Certificate

3. Personal Resume ( CV )
Personal resume or CV of principal applicant and his/her spouse shall be submitted. The contents of the resume shall include personal particular, contact information, education background and working experience.

4. Proof of Employment / Declaration of Retirement
Principal applicant shall show proof of employment outside Malaysia. This document shall be prepared by his/her current company detailing his/her joining date with the company, designation, current remuneration, passport number or identity card number.
For those who had retired, a self declaration of retirement is required detailing date (month) of retirement and last drawn salary from the company.
Retirement / pension document would be a good support to your retirement ( not mandatory ).
5. Bank statement / Fixed Deposit or any other form of liquid asset statement
While this is NOT a fix requirement, it is advisable to prepare your bank statement of up to 3 months in case Immigration ask for it as supporting documents.
