How much do you need to pay for Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) Visa / Pass ? In this section, I will explain to you in detail.

Fee for MM2H is controlled by the government under the Price Control Act. It is fixed by the government.

Principal applicant is subjected to the following fee :

1. Silver Category : MYR40,000

2. Special Economic Zone SEZ/SFZ : MYR 40,000

3. Gold Category : MYR 55,000

4. Platinum Category : MYR 70,000

The above fee also include :

1. 8% Sales & Service Tax ( SST )

2. Visa Fee for up to 5 years

3. Governement processing fee

4. Medical Screening fee

5. First Year insurance premium (for those applicant below 60 YO )

6. Security Bond

7. Stamping fee necessary

8. Agency fee.

9. Airport pickup

10. Commission For Oath ( for those 21 YO or above ).

However

The above fee does NOT include for dependents / family members. Each dependents is subjected to MYR5300 - MYR 8000 per person depending on their :

1. Age

2. Passport Expiry Date.
